What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We use PayPal as our payments system. You can use your own PayPal account or pay or submit any credit card through PayPal. We do not accept bank transfers or phone orders.
Orders
How do I place an Order?
Pop on over to the shop tab, add the patterns you would like to your cart and then follow the check out to purchase your patterns. Once paid for you will receive links to download your PDF patterns.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but by creating an account you have the ability to leave reviews, always come back to see your past orders and if anything goes wrong it’s easier for us to reset purchases that have used an account.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?
Use the contact page in the top menu to drop us a line and we will sort it out as quickly as possible. If it’s super urgent you can DM us on Instagram but please do not send messages via Facebook as they don’t always show up fast enough for us to be able to help you.
My order won’t download what do I do?
First check your downloads folder or similar to make sure it isn’t already there. If it’s not there try another device such as a desk top computer as sometimes we have problems with zip files and handheld devices such as tablets/phones. If that doesn’t work get in touch.
Keep in mind we are based in Australia and keep Australian working hours so it may be a few hours before we are awake to help you if you are in the Northern Hemisphere.
Why don’t I have unlimited downloads?
Actually you do have unlimited downloads. However after between 3 and 5 downloads you will need to get in touch so we can re set your downloads. Keeping the downloads option on all the time for every account poses a very slight security risk. As such we have decided to use this method to ensure safer transactions for everyone.
Returns
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once you have purchased and received your download links there is no exchange or cancel as you have already received the digital goods and they cannot be returned.
