Milicent Dress

PATTERN DESCRIPTION

For when the sun is high and the summer is hot sometimes all you want is a little summer dress that has an effortless ease to it.

Milicent is that dress.

With an elasticated waist, the fit is relaxed without being tent like, giving you a more pulled together look, button front bodice with top band adds scope for playing with contrast colours, pattern on pattern or even some nice diagonal stripe action.

Narrow straps keep your bra covered but allows maximum air flow while the elasticated back adds ease and comfort.

Make one and you’ll soon find yourself wanting to have an entire wardrobe of them to get you through the long hot summer months.

Sizes: 6 – 30

Main Fabric: Suitable for woven fabrics such as Lawn, cambric, homespun, quilting cottons, viscose, rayon, linen, chambray and crepes. Not suitable for knit or high stretch fabrics.
